In 2025, the intrapreneurship programme generated +R$17 million in financial returns and projects up to R$282 million per year.

The company had already been running intrapreneurship initiatives to foster a more entrepreneurial culture and encourage new ideas across the business. As the programme matured, an opportunity emerged to connect it more strategically to real operational challenges — directing efforts towards solutions with stronger implementation potential and higher value generation.

The goal evolved: to establish intrapreneurship as a lever for applied innovation — one capable of driving operational efficiency, financial return, and concrete business impact.

How we did it

The Bakery worked alongside the company to fully redesign the programme, combining entrepreneurial culture with business pragmatism — from mobilisation through to execution.

Our work spanned the entire journey: from defining scope and call for submissions, shaping the programme identity, and activating employees and mentors — through to hands-on delivery with a focus on agility, governance, and real-world impact.
